Letter Quest
3D Educational Game
A 3D educational word game where players control a character in a wheelchair, explore interactive environments, collect letters, and build words through movement, problem-solving, and play.
The experience
Learning through movement and play.
Letter Quest is a 3D learning game designed to make literacy more active, visual, and engaging. Players guide a wheelchair-using character through interactive environments, search for letters, collect them, and then arrange those letters into words.
Challenge areas add jumping, braking, steering, and obstacle avoidance—bringing traditional gameplay mechanics into the learning experience.
What the player does
Explore. Collect. Build.
- 01Control a character using a wheelchair
- 02Explore 3D maps
- 03Search for specific letters
- 04Collect letters throughout the environment
- 05Arrange collected letters into words
- 06Navigate challenge areas
- 07Jump or hop over obstacles
- 08Brake and steer through sections of the map
- 09Complete literacy objectives through gameplay

Project purpose / educational approach
Literacy beyond the worksheet.
The goal is to combine literacy practice with exploration and physical game mechanics, rather than presenting learning only through menus or worksheets. Searching for a letter gives reading and word-building a spatial, interactive dimension.
